Gary has been an attorney for over 35 years and specializes in patent, trademark, and copyright law and litigation at Lambert Shortell & Connaughton in Boston, MA (www.LambertPatentLaw.com). He’s licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and various state and federal courts. Gary has obtained hundreds of patents and registered trademarks for his clients and has tried many jury and bench trials. When Gary isn’t practicing law, he’s either hunting or thinking about hunting. He spends many days afield in various states pursuing deer, turkey and predators with his compound bow, muzzleloader or rifle or upland birds with his shotgun and springer spaniel, Crash.
